Hello! I’m Élodie Debuire, a 23-year-old Eurasian Junior Art Director based in Paris, passionate about crafting ideas and finding ideas to craft.

Top of my class throughout my 5 years of Art Direction studies at Devinci Higher Education, IIM, I also spent 3 years as an Art Direction apprentice at McCann Paris, progressively taking on real Junior Art Director responsibilities across concepts, campaigns, activations, shoots and production for 4 films.

I love putting my creativity at the service of others and conveying simple messages. Less is more as we say! To me, finding an idea is like playing chess: bringing different worlds together and putting the right pieces in place to create THE idea. No wonder I love chess, as my nickname Élo 😉! With a versatile skill set built through hackathons, volunteering and internships, I work also across motion design, illustration, AI, UX/UI, 3D, game design, visual identity, typography and more. The technique doesn’t stop me.

I’ve also challenged myself through Mlle Pitch, Club des DA and Les Chatons d’Or, with projects already awarded by D&AD New Blood and Cannes Young Lions.

I’m now looking for a Junior Art Director position in Paris, in a CDI or CDD, where I can keep learning, creating and making great ideas grow ♥
